Day 2 - Mahabalipuram -
Trichy
Morning drive from Mahabalipuram to Trichy, visiting
enroute Srirangam – an Island on the Cavery River, a
massive Vishnu Temple within seven walls. Also visit
the Lingam – is submerged in water. On arrival –
check in – at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel
Day
3 - Trichy - Tanjore
Morning city tour of Trichy (Tiruchirapalli).
Afternoon drive from Trichy to Tanjore. On arrival
check – in at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 -
Tanjore - Madurai
Morning city sightseeing tour of Thanjore where you
will stop to visit temples built during the 10th and
14th centuries. Afternoon drive from Thanjore to
Madurai. On arrival check – in at the hotel
Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 - Madurai - Chennai ( Madras )
Transfer to Madurai airport in time for flight for
Chennai. Meeting upon arrival and transfer from
Domestic airport to international airport in time
for connecting flight for onward destination |
